Customer Service Manager

Parker is from a small town called Steubenville, Ohio.  He is a graduate of Cedarville University receiving a degree in Sport Business Management & Biblical Studies.  Parker has a background in event planning and management.  He has an eye for striving towards excellence and a heart for serving others.  Parker’s desire for excellent customer service will assist us in achieving our mission of transforming Dayton, one home at a time.

Project Manager

Bryan is an Indiana native that has been in the Dayton region for nearly a decade. He has partaken in the renovation of over 100 homes in the area and is proud to be a part of the Dayton housing reclamation and restoration. When he is not managing the day to day renovation and maintenance operations, he enjoys spending his free time with family, coaching youth sports, camping, and fine leather and wood crafts. 

Leasing Manager

Simo, originally from Casablanca Morocco, moved to Dayton from Arizona in 2020.  He is a husband and father and enjoys hiking and spending quality time with his family.  As Leasing Manager, Simo is committed to finding the right house for your family to call home.

Operations Manager

Clay moved to Dayton from North Carolina in 2019, shortly after getting out of the Army. He is a Christian and a husband. He loves the city of Dayton and is passionate about doing his part to make it the best it can be. As Operations Manager, he works daily to complete necessary tasks to ensure things run smoothly for staff and the tenants of Proper Management.

Senior Director

Dylan is a proud day one Daytonian who genuinely enjoys serving Dayton's citizens with a high quality living experience in superior quality properties. He appreciates everyday being a part of Dayton's sustained revitalization and property improvement movement, one house at a time.

Acquisitions Manager

Jeffrey is a lifelong Daytonian bringing over 30 years of real estate experience to the team. His passion for real estate investing began at the age of 19 spring boarding him into the career of his dreams! He is highly goal driven and recognized by the state of Ohio, the Dayton Area Board of Realtors & RE/MAX International for high performance sales volume. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys great food, craft beers, a solid gym workout and traveling the globe with his partner of 27 years. Jeffrey sells real estate not just to make a living but to make a difference and is proud to be part of the Proper Management vision.
